Who this covers
This policy covers Juniper Reviews at juniperreviews.com, published by Selena Hann. It describes what this site collects and what is done with it. The individual review sites listed in the portfolio are separate websites with their own policies; this page does not speak for them.
What the contact form collects
The contact form asks for three things: your name, your email address, and your message. There are no other fields and nothing is required beyond those three. Whatever you type into the message box is what gets sent — so please do not include sensitive personal information, payment details, or anything you would not want sitting in an email inbox.
The form also records the moment the page loaded and your IP address at the moment you submit. Both exist purely to block automated spam: a submission completed in under three seconds, or a sixth submission from the same address within an hour, is rejected. The IP address is held only in the server’s memory for up to an hour and is never written to a database or included in the email.
Where it goes
A submitted form is turned into a single email and delivered through Microsoft Graph, a Microsoft service, to the publisher’s inbox. It is not stored in a database on this site, not added to a mailing list, and not passed to any advertiser, data broker or third party. There is no newsletter signup on this site and no lead capture of any kind.
In the process, your message passes through Microsoft’s mail infrastructure and the site’s hosting provider, Vercel, which operates the server that receives the form. Both act as processors handling the data on the publisher’s behalf.
Why we are allowed to handle it
You chose to send a message, and your details are used for the single purpose of replying to it. That is the entire legal basis: a legitimate interest in answering correspondence you initiated. If you would rather not use the form, email contact@juniperreviews.com directly instead — the information reaches the same inbox either way.
How long it is kept
Messages stay in the publisher’s email inbox for as long as the correspondence is useful, and are deleted when it is not. There is no separate archive and no customer database. Spam-prevention records — the IP address and timestamp described above — disappear within an hour.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages get read. It records things like the page viewed, the approximate region of the visit, the referring site, and the type of device. It does not collect your name, your email address, or anything you typed into the form, and the data is not used to build an advertising profile of you.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. If you would rather it did not, browser settings, private browsing, or any mainstream content blocker will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it. No other cookies are set: there are no advertising cookies, no social tracking pixels, and no affiliate tracking anywhere on this site.
Links to other sites
The portfolio links out to the review sites published by Selena Hann. Those are separate websites with their own privacy policies, their own analytics, and — unlike this one — affiliate links. Once you follow a link off this domain, this policy no longer applies.
Your rights
You can ask what has been kept about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. In practice that means finding and deleting an email thread, which is quick. Email contact@juniperreviews.com and say what you want done. No special form, no identity verification hoops beyond confirming you are the person who sent the message.
Depending on where you live, you may also have a right to complain to a data protection regulator. You are welcome to do that, though raising it directly is usually faster.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a message arrives that appears to be from a child, it is deleted.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the honest signal — if it has not moved, nothing has changed.
Contact
Questions about any of this go to contact@juniperreviews.com, the single contact address for Juniper Reviews. You can also use the form on the contact page.
